We’re seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk with strong QuickBooks experience to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves entering and managing financial and administrative data, ensuring accuracy and supporting business operations. Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into QuickBooks, Excel, and Zoho CRM.
- Create and track vendor purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and updates.
- Review and verify documents: sales orders, vendor invoices, supplier charges, and other financial records.
- Generate reports using Excel (pivot tables) and QuickBooks.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, transcription, and clerical tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows.
- Support general administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- 2–45 years of data entry experience (finance or accounting preferred).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop preferred).
- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Excellent attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP systems or other accounting software.
- Knowledge of 10-Key typing.
- Prior office or administrative experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
