We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Project Manager to support project planning, coordination, and execution in a remote work environment. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates looking to develop a career in project management while gaining hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available.
Responsibilities
- Assist project managers with planning, organizing, and tracking project activities.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items.
- Monitor project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and databases.
- Communicate with team members, clients, vendors, and stakeholders via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates.
- Help identify project risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support budget tracking, invoicing, and administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure projects comply with company standards and procedures.
- Perform other project-related duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Comfortable using virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Previous administrative, customer service, internship, or project coordination experience is a plus but not required.
