Project Manager / Project Coordinator (Entry-Level) – Remote (Full-Time/Part-Time)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support project planning, coordination, and execution in a remote work environment. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates looking to develop a career in project management while gaining hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available.

Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers with planning, organizing, and tracking project activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items.
  • Monitor project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and databases.
  • Communicate with team members, clients, vendors, and stakeholders via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates.
  • Help identify project risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support budget tracking, invoicing, and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure projects comply with company standards and procedures.
  • Perform other project-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Comfortable using virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or similar platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Previous administrative, customer service, internship, or project coordination experience is a plus but not required.
